With over 20 years' experience spanning academia, consulting, and executive leadership, I blend the rigor of a PhD, the strategic lens of an MBA, and the lived wisdom of building high-performing, inclusive teams.
At a time when DEIB is under pressure, I bring a grounded, relational, and systems-thinking approach to help organizations reimagine what inclusion looks like — not as a box to tick, but as a catalyst for innovation, resilience, and sustainable success.
Our Story: From Intention to Impact
My journey started in academia, leading large, internationally funded research projects focused on the complexities of diversity and inclusion. While we uncovered valuable insights, too often the journey ended with reports gathering dust — ideas untransformed into action.
I founded The Diversity Doctor to flip the script:
From awareness to accountability,
From data to culture change,
From performative optics to authentic, embedded DEIB strategies.
Today, we meet organizations where they are and guide them toward sustainable transformation — shifting cultures from talk to impact.

At The Diversity Doctor, we're all about making a positive impact with every interaction we have. We understand that small changes can create powerful momentum toward building diverse, equitable, inclusive, and belonging-driven (DEIB) cultures. We know that every client is unique — with different resources, different starting points, and different aspirations — and that's why we meet organizations where they are and support them through every next phase of their journey.
We believe that sustainable impact starts with courageous conversations. Surface-level fixes won’t dismantle systemic barriers — intentional, relational work will.
We don't believe in compliance checklists or generic toolkits. We believe in tailored strategies, shared accountability, and leadership rooted in empathy, trust, and courage.
We believe that belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are — it allows you to be who you are. We help organizations create cultures where difference is celebrated, not erased. We actively seek out diverse perspectives, listen to all voices, celebrate individuality, and foster collaboration and connection.
Every day is a school day at The Diversity Doctor. My personal love of learning and teaching comes from my constant curiosity — I’m the person in the room who always asks the WHY question. Not just the surface why, but the deep dive why. We believe that curiosity is the engine of change: we ask bold, uncomfortable questions to uncover root causes, spark fresh thinking, and challenge the status quo. Culture shifts when people do, and that's exactly where our work begins — focusing on human behavior, accountability, and systems-level change.
This work is deeply personal for me. It's about turning the spotlight away from appearances and empty promises, and onto real, meaningful, measurable action. From awareness to impact, from intention to transformation — this is the journey I’m honored to embark on with every client.
