With over three decades of experience across academia and consulting, I bring the rigour of a PhD, the strategic clarity of an MBA, and an intuitive gift for pattern recognition. But more than that, I bring lived experience.
I know what it feels like to be the square peg in a round hole. To land the dream job, only to realise it’s draining your joy. I know the quiet ache of misalignment and the courage it takes to stop performing, stop people-pleasing, and start leading from your truth.
